1988rich Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions binding all users who register and use the 1988rich platform. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided.
Effective date: January 2026. All users are deemed to have read and accepted these terms upon registering an account or using the platform.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1988rich platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
1988rich reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms regularly.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should close their account and stop using the platform.
The 1988rich platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited. 1988rich reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may close any account found to belong to a minor without compensation.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details whenever changes occur.
The full name provided during registration must match the name on the official identification document used during the identity verification process for fund withdrawals.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other party. 1988rich is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
Users must notify the 1988rich support team immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
3Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 1988rich platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or unlawful collusion with other players
- Registering using false information or another person's identity
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system through dishonest means
- Launching any technical attacks against the platform's infrastructure, including hacking attempts
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform
- Selling, transferring, or leasing your account to another party
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 1988rich reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.
4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1988rich platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users agree that all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals will be conducted in MYR at the rates and limits set by the platform.
Deposit Terms
Deposits must be made via payment methods approved by 1988rich. The platform does not accept third-party deposits — funds must come from an account held in the registered user's own name. 1988rich reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Withdrawal Terms
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the 1988rich team. Any wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be completed before a withdrawal is permitted.
1988rich reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or non-compliance with platform terms, pending the completion of an investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
The platform does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
All decisions regarding disputed transactions are final and subject to 1988rich's internal policies.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, balances associated with bonuses or suspicious activity may not be refunded.
5Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
1988rich is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical delays, transaction processing errors beyond the platform's control, or unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. 1988rich reserves the right to temporarily suspend or halt services for maintenance, system upgrades, or in the event of a technical emergency.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1988rich platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 1988rich and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written permission from 1988rich.
6Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
1988rich reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated these terms, committed fraud, or engaged in illegal activity. In such cases, account balances may be held pending investigation, and the platform bears no liability for any losses arising from such action.
Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the 1988rich support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy upon completion of identity verification.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 1988rich platform should first be resolved through voluntary discussion before any legal action is pursued. By using this platform, users agree to submit to Malaysian legal jurisdiction for the resolution of any related disputes.
